Brock Ring

PE, President

Brock Ring, PE, is the Managing Partner of SAI Engineering. In January of 2026, Brock and his brother Brantlon Ring acquired the firm from founder Syam Mannava, PE, SE, who continues to serve as the firm’s Principal Structural Engineer. Brock is a licensed Professional Engineer in both mechanical and petroleum engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma. Since beginning his career in 2014 as a petroleum reservoir engineer, he has gained experience in well performance optimization, economic analysis, reserves reporting, and acquisitions & divestitures. Brock has always been particularly interested in rigid body mechanics and is excited to shift careers to be focused on structural engineering. He has held reservoir engineering positions at SandRidge Energy, Warwick Investment Group, and Freedom First, and served as Vice President of Engineering at Impact Energy Partners.

Brantlon Ring

Partner

Brantlon Ring is the President of Ringco Roofing & Construction which he founded in 2018. Starting in construction in 2013, he developed strong expertise in new home builds and commercial office projects. As an owner of Structures American Innovations in Edmond, Oklahoma, he focuses on sales and business expansion, while also pursuing additional interests in property development and other business ventures.

Syam Mannava

P.E., S.E., Principal Structural Engineer

Syam S. Mannava is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma and 35 other states. He founded SAI Engineering in July 2006 as a Sole Member and prior to that he was a Principal Engineer and Member of Pendergraf Engineering, PLC. He has a master’s degree in civil (Structural) Engineering from University of Oklahoma (1997). His educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (1981) and complete course work for a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering (1994); both from Osmania University, India. From 1991 to 1994 he worked for the State Bank of Hyderabad, a Public Sector undertaking of the Government of India, as an Engineering Manager. He also worked as a Civil Engineer at junior and middle management levels in the private sector in India from 1981 to 1991.

Surendra Babu Gondu

P.E., Structural Engineer

Surendra obtained a master’s degree in structural engineering from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over four years of experience in the analysis, design, and detailing of commercial, educational, industrial, and residential buildings. His professional background includes working with a variety of structural systems such as conventional steel framing, reinforced concrete, light gauge framing, wood, and masonry, designed in accordance with IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI standards. Surendra has contributed to numerous projects across the United States, including travel centers, medical facilities, multi-family housing, and industrial buildings. His responsibilities include developing structural layouts, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design codes and construction standards. Surendra joined SAI Engineering in 2021.

Hriatpuii Vanlal

Graduate Structural Engineer

Hriatpuii earned her master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2024 and received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India in 2012. She has over 10 years of professional experience in structural design, construction supervision, and project management in Mizoram, India. She joined SAI Engineering after completing her master’s degree in 2024 where she has performed analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and light-gauge structures for residential and commercial buildings.

April has 15+ years in office management experience with a variety of office types, including architectural, money management, oil & gas, and construction. At Structures American Innovations, April handles all administrative work that comes into the office as well as supporting our staff members with their administrative needs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2009.

Chandra Shekar Gundu

Sr. Structural Engineering Team Lead

Chandra is a structural engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in analysis, design, and delivery structural systems. He has expertise across a broad spectrum of construction types including conventional steel structures, reinforced concrete systems, masonry buildings, tilt-up panel systems, and wood/light-gauge framing. His project portfolio includes mid-rise multi-family developments, mixed-use and commercial buildings, hospitality facilities, houses of worship, storm shelters, and foundations for multi-level precast parking structures, demonstrating his versatility in addressing a wide range of structural challenges. Chandra has strong experience in leading and managing teams of engineers and designers, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables. His leadership, combined with deep engineering knowledge, enables him to successfully oversee complex projects from concept through completion. Chandra has been with SAI Engineering for over 11 years. He holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from CBIT, India, and a bachelor’s degree from RVR & JC college of engineering, India.

Eswar Rao Kudithi

BIM & CAD Manager

Eswar is a structural engineering professional with over 16 years of experience in digital modelling, structural detailing, and shop drawing reviews. He has developed expertise in industry-standard platforms including AutoCAD, Tekla Structures and Revit Structures (BIM 360). His technical experience and detail-oriented approach ensure structural integrity and precision for fabrication. Throughout his career he has gained the expertise and capacity to execute Revit & CAD projects from the ground up, ranging from simple structures to complex multi-story developments. His experience spans various construction systems, including conventional steel, masonry, tilt-up panels, wood/light-gauge steel, and reinforced concrete. He delivers models up to LOD 300-400 and is fully proficient in BIM 360 collaboration. Eswar’s tenure at SAI Engineering exceeds 17 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Sireesha is an experienced Structural Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the United States and India. She graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2009 and has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, project leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination. Her professional experience spans a diverse range of projects, including custom homes, multi-family housing, historic renovations, structural repairs, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Sireesha has extensive knowledge of various construction systems, including wood framing, concrete, steel, masonry, CMU walls and light-gauge steel.

Venu is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 11 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing, with a proven track record of delivering structural solutions on time.
His experience includes conventional steel structures, light-gauge steel structures, wood structures, masonry building, structural renovations and retaining wall design. His project portfolio spans mid-rise multi-family structures, structural repairs, hospitality facilities, houses of worship, and storm shelters. He is also passionate about mentoring and training junior engineers. Venu joined SAI Engineering over 11 years ago. He holds a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India (2015) and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada, India (2013).
